Fat gain

becomingoverweight:
If you want soft fat in your lower body, you'll want to gain subcutaneous fat. Your upper body will also gain soft fat as well so you'd also get a soft belly and likely moobs. Subcutaneous fat is the soft squishy fat that deposits directly under the skin. There's another main fat deposit in the body called visceral fat. Visceral fat deposits around one's internal organs under their abdominal muscles. When one has an excess of visceral fat, their belly will protrude. As their visceral fat is covered with their abdominal muscles, an abdominally obese belly will feel hard and firm as opposed to soft. Their visceral fat will also stretch their layer of abdominal subcutaneous fat thinner, making it less soft.

These two fat deposits are metabolically distinct. Large excesses of subcutaneous fat are metabolically benign while excess visceral fat tends to make one develop metabolic syndrome.

Based on my research, the following advice should help one gain primarily subcutaneous fat.

"I suggest overeating foods with high amounts of the long chain saturated fatty acids palmitic and stearic acid as these fats help reduce visceral fat. Dairy fat and cacao butter have lots of them so they're good for gaining primarily subcutaneous fat. Lots of gainers like using heavy cream to gain. Omega-6 fatty acids(linoleic acid(most of soybean oil)) interfere with that beneficial effect and cause visceral fat gains so I recommend minimizing that. Alcohol and sugar(especially fructose) cause visceral fat gains too so only have them in moderation. If you have carbs, try to opt for whole over refined. The fiber helps lower visceral gains.

Here is a thread I made with loads of scientific studies on fat's effects on health and how to affect fat distribution:
Compendium of Fat Studies"

Good ways to use heavy cream to gain would be flavoring it with some cheeses, like by making Alfredo sauce and using it as a gainer shake. Another option is making a creamy soup. Keto recipes will naturally be high fat low carb which means they'll go heavy on the dairy fat and won't use flour as a thickener. The result should be a healthy, obesogenic dish which would look normal to others. Much more inconspicuous than drinking Alfredo sauce. You could also put a lot of heavy cream in your coffee. The coffee helps mask the taste of the cream and the result is a rich, creamy coffee. It is also an inconspicuous way to consume heavy cream. Hope this advice helps and good luck fattening up.

That's is very good advice 👍🏻 more heavy cream will make your fat softer, and subcutaneous fat is much more healthy then the visceral fat. With milky food you will look feminine.

how much heavy cream do you recommend per day on average?

Every time you drink a coffee will be a good start, after that you can drink with milkshake throughout the day, just don't take it too much.
